Birthday Celebrations
My oldest nephew Tyler was 10 this last Sunday so I went and spent a lovely family weekend back in my home town. On Saturday we took Tyler and his cousin to the movies, here they are looking geeky in their 3D glasses. This is the birthday boy unwrapping one of his pressies on Sunday morning (we were woken up by my sister singing a very out of tune rendition of Happy Birthday, my ears are still ringing!!)I have two nephews, the other just turned one in December. Here are the two brothers messing around in town on a slideAll the excitement got a bit too much for Kai thoughIt's always pretty manic whenever I get to visit family, running around trying to make visits to as many loved ones as possible as I don't get to see them very often. I had an unexpected treat though when one of my Aunts gifted me some fabric that she no longer has use for. It's all been washed and ironed and added to the fabric bins, it'll be fun to see what projects they will find use in.

We're much the same; our family is all in the South East, so whenever we visit it's a mad rush round to see as many of them as possible.
I see more of my boyfriends family than I do my own. I need to make a visit home I think, it's been a long while.
