Lazy Sundays

Is there anything better than enjoying a lazy Sunday? I don't generally need any special reason to justify the luxury of a lazy Sunday, but if I did .... well the world outside today still looks like this
With all the white outside I figured I needed a bit of colour in my life, and so this is why I decided that one of these was the order of the day for breakfast
Ok, I know a trifle bakewell may not be the healthiest of ways to start the day, but I really needed the colour boost ;-) That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!!
If you happen to need me, well the rest of the day you'll find me snuggled up watching TV, eating more yummy food (there is a roast beef dinner on the way courtesy of the wonderful man in my life, James), working on this blanket (only a few more rows to add and some ends to work in) and generally keeping warm and hiding from the big white world outside.

Hope you all have a happy Sunday xx

Well--once I am done with lunch/computer break--you will find me under a quilt doing some counted cross stitch!!!
It is green here today--but very windy--the cold I mean the really really cold weather comes on Tuesday!!!
Keep warm and have fun with the quilt-
hugs, di and miss gracie

we've had more snow overnight. Your solution seems to be the best one, I'll have to try it

I think a trifle is the BEST way to start a day!
